Igår slog jag faktiskt mitt jogging rekord för den här våren :) Nya tag nu!

Monday. I was on a spontaneous workout to the gym. My sister was going there so I decided to join her. I don't regret that! I have been so lazy with my training the last month, just been jogging every now and then. Haven't done anything else. It's kind of sad, because earlier this spring I was actually feeling some progress, when I worked out more often… But it's better to start over now than to wait even longer! Yesterday I actually run the longest for this spring. Need to catch up with the training now. I feel so much better when I work out frequently both physically and mentally. :)
